Sydney offers a unique approach to massage therapy. Taking a holistic approach as she utilizes her background in Yoga therapy, Thai massage, reiki, and trauma informed trainings.

Meet Sydney

A Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who is also trained in Thai Massage, 500hr RYT, cupping and Reiki.

Sydney offers an integrated approach to massage therapy. She recognizes that many of the dysfunctions that show up in our bodies are deeper than physical. Her goal is to support individuals to feel deeply nourished; through ceremonial bodywork and the use of wild crafted oils.

In her spare time, Sydney can be found spending time in nature, crafting and enjoying time with her friends and family.
